Terms
Price to include electric and bedding.
Gas will be charged by the meter reading.
Dates will be marked as booked upon receipt of deposit.
Strictly no smoking.
BOOKINGS ; A booking form will be emailed to you for your completion..On receipt of the deposit the booking will be confirmed on the website.
The balance must reach us 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If we do not receive payment in full then we will presume you no longer want to continue with the reservation and therefore the cottage will be re-let.
If the booking is made within 6 weeks of your arrival date then payment must be made in full.
OCCUPANCY; The cottage is offered on the understanding that no more that the maximum number of 4 people are to use it.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE; We ask that our guests respect the cottage and leave as you would wish to find it. In order that the property can be prepared for the next guests please ensure that it is cleaned and vacated by 10:00 am prompt on the morning of departure. (Cleaning materials, black refuse bags and a hoover are provided in the cottage). Please list any breakages on the gas usage sheet.
LIABILITY; No liability is accepted in respect of loss or damage to the clients or any member of the party, their baggage, car or contents resulting from riot, war, strikes, adverse weather conditions or sickness or injury or for loss or damage by a third party.
Arrival / Departures – Arrival from 3 p.m. – Departure by 10 a.m.
